Sol Studio is new venue to help stay fit and well in Cuckfield

Cuckfield has a new wellness studio, opening on March 16. Sol Studio provides classes from Monday to Saturday, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and Barre in a calm, supportive studio space.

Situated on Broad Street in the village centre, Sol Studio is offering a trial class for £15.

There are a range of memberships available. Founder Members receive two Reformer classes per week. The £140 fee repersents a 30% saving over 12 months. Silver Membership (£88) provides four classes per month. Gold members (£160) are entitled to eight classes per month.

Sol Studio have donated a £25 voucher for the silent auction at this year’s Village Show on Saturday, September 5 at Cuckfield Baptist Church.
